The Alaska Botanical Garden's Annual Art & Garden Fest will be occurring Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28 from 11 AM to 7 PM at 4601 Campbell Airstrip Road.  This is a great family event with most of the local garden community participating.  There are plants and  interesting garden related products available as well as food vendors selling their goodies.  All in all, this is a wonderful, not-to-be-missed community event.  The Alaska Orchid Society will also be participating--Wayne will do an orchid repotting demo on Saturday from noon to 1 PM at the Heritage Garden Arch and Sunday from 2-3 at the Rock Garden.  More information can be found at the Alaska Botanical Garden's webpage at alaskabg.org.
